By accessing or using FixLA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

FixLA is a community platform that allows users to report and verify civic issues in Los Angeles County, including but not limited to homeless encampments, graffiti, trash, and potholes. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant FixLA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content.

FixLA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, including the City of Los Angeles or Los Angeles County. Reports submitted through this Service are not official government reports and may not result in any government action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
